Overlays turned into new possibilities — fast, sustainable and smart
Together with our fantastic fish suppliers, we have been able to save large quantities of seafood that would otherwise have been at risk of going to waste.
By placing goods on our Marketplace, grocery stores, restaurants and catering establishments have been able to take advantage of overstock.
In 2025, we have already saved:
- 1700 kilos of salmon fillet
- 85 kilos of Vannamei shrimp
- 320 kilos of gyoza with prawns
- 300 kilograms of seaweed caviar
- 50 kilos of whitefish
- 25 kilograms of lobster carcasses
In addition, we are an IP Grocery certified food broker with the purchase, import and sale of packaged refrigerated, freezer and colonial goods.
